There’s a lot of talk these days about perfectionism. We’re constantly being told that in order to be successful, we need to strive for excellence and never let ourselves slip up. But is that really the best way to live? In this blog post, motivational speaker Stephanie Wall shares her thoughts on perfectionism and why it’s important to embrace your imperfections. She explains that as women, we often feel pressure to be perfect, but that’s not what makes us truly powerful. Wall urges us all to accept our flaws and learn to love ourselves for who we are, warts and all. read more »

The life you have now is the result of your past and present decisions. Allowing yourself to be happy at this moment means embracing who we are, even when it’s not perfect! The minute you start denying your imperfections, it becomes harder and more painful to accept them. Don’t let the fear of what people will think, keep these flaws hidden inside! We all have our own set of flaws and imperfections, but it’s important for us not to be too focused on what we don’t like about ourselves. The more time we spend focusing on them, the less likely we will grow into who we really are…

Here are a few things you can do about it….

  1. The first step is to get out of your own head. Get distracted by something for a few minutes each day, whether it’s listening to music or getting lost in an activity like painting or writing poetry – anything that gets our minds off ourselves will help us feel better! It also helps if we can remind ourselves everyday just how great life really does look when taken at face value rather than filtered through all those negative thoughts going around inside one’s psyche…

“Life isn’t meant to be lived perfectly…but merely to be lived. Boldly, wildly, beautifully, uncertainly, imperfectly, and magically lived.”

– Mandy Hale

2. You can do this!
The best way to get out of your own head and be able to focus on what’s happening around you or in the moment is by following these tips: 1) Take deep breaths 2). Think about how great life will feel when we’re done 3), Imagine yourself achieving success 4 . Write down 5 goals/habits each day until they become part of your daily routine !!!

We all have days when the going gets tough. It’s important that we don’t give up, however! There are many ways to motivate yourself and make your goals come true- even if it feels impossible at first glance or sounds extremely challenging, now – just keep in mind: visualization has been proven time after again as one of the most powerful tools known for success wealth + wellness. Our imperfect best selves are waiting to be discovered and loved.
